It is a fusion protein of formamidase and phosphite dehydrogenase with a linker between them.

Usage and Biology

We cloned FOR and PTDH genes into the plasmid pGEX-2T, and got the recombinant plasmid pGEX-for-ptx where FOR and PTDH form a fusion protein.
